Advances In Pipe Lining And Cellular Concretes

This track robot is the carrier for the shotcrete applicator. Equipped with twin cameras and infrared lights this machine will drag 400 foot of 1-1/2 inch concrete hose allowing automated application of the shotcrete material. Reversible variable speed controllers allow this machine to navigate obsticles and 90 degree bends while lining the pipe. Due to a low center of gravity this machine can crawl up or down 45 degree slopes.
